Mad Men, Game of Thrones et Homeland, qui concourent chaque année, se retrouvent encore parmi les séries les plus nommées en 2015. Orange Is The New Black, House of Cards et Better Call Saul, le spin-off de Breaking Bad, s'en tirent également très bien.
Au niveau des acteurs, Clare Danes, l'héroïne de Homeland est citée une fois de plus cette année aux côtés, entre autres, de Viola Davis, (Murder), Taraji P. Henson (Empire) et Robin Wright (House of Cards).
Rappelons que l'an dernier, Breaking Bad avait été le grand gagnant de la cérémonie. La série avait raflé cinq prix, dont les prestigieux prix de la meilleure série dramatique, du meilleur acteur dans un premier rôle et du meilleur acteur et de la meilleure actrice dans un rôle de soutien.
